I also deal with specialists in vintage parts. I am happy to fit parts you've bought if you prefer to acquire them directly. I regularly order from leading luthiers' suppliers like Stewart-MacDonald and Luthier's Mercantile and can supply tools and equipment for guitar-making projects at competitive prices. Ebony slotted bridge pins Nicely fitting bridge pins can make a noticeable improvement to the sound of a guitar. These are standard 5 degree taper, and slotted to fit most modern bridges. I can also supply unslotted or oversize pins for older bridges. £10.50 Return to top of page

Tor-Tis pickguards I can supply the full range of Tor-Tis pickguards. This Dark OM pickguard is now sold, but provides a good example. Greven's Tor-Tis faux tortoise shell is not only strikingly attractive, it's highly durable and provides a sound and feel nearly identical to the real thing. Greven pickguards are individually created; actual appearance will differ slightly from photos shown, and each one will be slightly different. Because they are semi-transparent, coloration will change slightly when mounted on a guitar. Please note that I can obtain these to special order only. I've tried stocking them, but never seem to have quite the right one! Pre-shaped pickguards are backed with 3M self-adhesive film (as used by Martin, Taylor and others) and ready for installation. For uncut Tor-Tis sheets, the adhesive film needs to be ordered separately. Return to top of page

Red tortoise pickguard, dreadnought The red tortoise Martin-style pickguard pictured here is made from the same standard reddish material found on countless ‘well-known’ high-end guitars. 30s vintage style tortoise pickguard, dreadnought Use as a replacement pickguard or as an economical alternative to the Tor-Tis line of pickguards. This pickguard is similar in colour to Vintage Tor-Tis pickguards, and is a replica of the pickguards fitted to prewar Martins. Adhesive backed ready for fitting. £12.50 Return to top of page

Kluson tuners 40s/50s Martin Kluson tuners like these were fitted to many late 40s and early 50s Martins. This original set is in excellent condition.
